EBD Lighting products follow safety regulations standards of import countries on production, products are subject to strict testing during production procedure and the warranty services covers Three years. If found to be quality problem under normal use,we will be free repair or replaced the product in accordance with the following terms and condition :
1.Need to show dealer’s original sales receipt and defect product, and without the valid proofs will not be deemed valid for any warranty services;
2. Warranty Location :
- Hong Kong and China: customers can enjoy the warranty services in the dealer for first year warranty, Second and third year, will only provide the warranty service in our services center;
- United States, Canada and EU area, customers can enjoy the warranty services in the dealer for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase;
- Mailing shopping, customers can enjoy the warranty services in our services center for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase, buyer pays return shipping charges.
3.This warranty applies only to EBD-branded products and does not cover non-our products and accessories;
4. EBD reserves the right to terminate this warranty if any uncertain or doubtful occasion;
5. EBD shall not be liable for product damage whatsoever caused or liability;
6. External causes such as natural calamities, accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power;
- Failure to perform maintenance, refit or damaged through abuse;
- Failure to follow the product instructions and misuse cause damage;
- Damage caused by other abnormal conditions.
7. EBD reserves the right to change this clause without notice.
